Bringing Home Baby

On Monday we were discharged from the hospital. We were excited about bringing Catherine home and being with Caroline. We were missing our big sister since she stayed with the grandparents while we were at the hospital. Puppy came by Monday morning to help us get Catherine ready to go home.

Catherine wore the same dress Caroline wore home from the hospital.

These booties were made by Catherine's great-grandmother, Mary Jo Smith. My Dad, Aunt Di, myself, Lesley, Caroline, Olivia, and Catherine have all worn them home from the hospital. They are so special to our family.

Tripp wanted to take a picture of us leaving the hospital with all of our stuff. It is amazing how many things a tiny baby needs!

We got home and Catherine was sleeping from the car ride. We laid her down in her bassinet and waited for big sister to get home from school.

Caroline was so happy to have her sister home!
