Spring Break

During Spring Break, my best friend and college roommate Tracy and her daughter Adalyn came to Mississippi for a visit. We were so excited to see them. Tracy and I loved hanging out together for a few days, and Caroline and Adalyn had so much fun playing together. Tracy was also excited to meet Catherine for the first time.

The first night they were here, we went to dinner at PF Chang's. After dinner, we walked over to Barnes and Noble for coffee and let the girls play for a little while.





The girls had fun looking at books and performing a puppet show!





On Sunday we went to church and then out to eat lunch. After nap time, the girls wanted to go swimming. The water was very cold so they really just walked around on the steps for a few minutes.

Monday morning we took the girls to the park to play and have a picnic lunch. That afternoon my Mom came over and kept the girls so Tracy and I could go shopping. We had a great time shopping together and buying some green jeans for spring!

Tracy and Adalyn left Tuesday morning. The girls took one last picture together in their matching headbands.



We had such a great visit together, and we cannot wait to see them again this summer!
