Mississippi Children's Museum

While we were in Jackson for Christmas, we took Caroline to the Mississippi Children's Museum with Winnie and Granddaddy. The museum opened in December and we were so excited to take Caroline there. We had heard great things about the museum and it was amazing! Caroline had so much fun!

I had to get a picture of Caroline with a Mississippi catfish!

There is a part of the museum called "Underground Mississippi." Caroline dressed up as a skunk and crawled through the tunnels!

The museum even had a bouncer with a velcro wall! I am pretty sure this was designed for children ages 5 and up, but when Caroline saw it she had to do it! The velcro suit was a little big for her but she gave it her best shot. With a little help from Daddy she ended up stuck on the wall!

There were several different places where the kids could dress up. Of course Caroline could not pass up the princess dress-up clothes!

One part of the museum had a wall of mirrors with a jukebox where kids could dress up and dance. Caroline looked so cute in her tutu and cowgirl hat. We had fun dancing to "Mississippi Girl"!

Our last stop was the make your own music video station!

We cannot wait to go back the next time we are in Jackson! Thank you, Winnie and Granddaddy, for such a fun day!
